  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and black pepper to taste on both sides.
  • 3. Place half of the lemon slices on the prepared baking sheet, creating a bed for the salmon.
  • 4. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and chopped fresh dill. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  • 5. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are coated evenly.
  • 6. Top each salmon fillet with the remaining lemon slices.
  • 7. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  • 8. Serve your keto-friendly Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill hot, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.
