Ingredients

Servings:
4
Units:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on
55g unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1tsp fresh thyme leave
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon slices and additional fresh herbs for garnish

Recipe

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dill, thyme, lemon zest, and half of the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

  3. 3

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Season each fillet with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

Generously spread the garlic herb butter mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.

  5. 5

Transfer the salmon to the oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

  6. 6

Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slices and additional fresh herbs before serving.

  7. 7

Serve your Garlic Herb Butter Roasted Salmon alongside your favorite keto-friendly sides for a complete Easter dinner that's both nutritious and indulgent.
