12 large white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
4oz cream cheese, softened
40g cooked sausage, crumbled and drained
2tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4tsp dried oregano
1/4tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
