- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
