- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz ham, diced
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add the diced chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, add the diced ham and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown slightly.
