  • Pinch of salt
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, matcha powder, powdered stevia, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired.
  • 2.Arrange silicone molds or mini muffin liners on a tray. If you don’t have molds, you can simply drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 3.Carefully pour or spoon the matcha mixture into your chosen molds or liners. Sprinkle a little unsweetened shredded coconut on top of each for added texture and visual appeal.
  • 4.Place the tray in the freezer and chill the fat bombs for at least 1-2 hours or until completely firm.
