- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish.
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until it's browned and cooked through. Remove any excess grease, if necessary.
- 3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
