- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into thin fry-like strips
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray (olive oil or avocado oil spray)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- 2.In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a coating mixture.
