200g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
120ml heavy cream
55g unsalted butter
25g grated Parmesan cheese
1tsp Dijon mustard (keto-friendly)
1/2tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
