- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking oil or butter for greasing the baking dish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking oil or butter.
