  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub the seasoning in.
  • 3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through with grill marks.
  • 4. While the chicken is grilling, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  • 5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the grilled chicken breasts during the last few minutes of grilling. Ensure the chicken is coated evenly with the garlic butter.
  • 6. If desired, garnish your Keto Grilled Chicken with Garlic Butter with fresh parsley for added flavour and presentation.
  • 7. Serve your grilled chicken hot as a flavourful and satisfying keto-friendly dinner.
