- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub the seasoning in.
- 3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through with grill marks.
- 4. While the chicken is grilling, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
