- 1/4 cup almond butter (unsweetened and no added sugar)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut and almond flour.
- 2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds or until it becomes a liquid.
