Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until they are smooth and mostly free of lumps.
Add the large eggs, melted coconut oil, unsweetened almond butter, low-carb sweetener, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix these wet ingredients until they are well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon (if using).
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
Pour the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
If desired, sprinkle chopped walnuts or sugar-free chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the banana bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the Almond Flour Banana Bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once completely cool, slice and serve your keto-friendly banana bread. Enjoy!
