- 4 large lettuce leaves (such as iceberg or butter lettuce)
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 2-4 leaves of fresh romaine lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons keto-friendly mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (keto-friendly)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Wash and dry the large lettuce leaves, then place them on a clean surface. These will serve as the wraps for your Keto BLT.
- 2. Lay 1-2 leaves of fresh romaine lettuce on each large lettuce leaf, creating a base.
- 3. Place a slice of cooked bacon on top of the romaine lettuce, followed by slices of fresh tomato.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix the keto-friendly mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle the mayo-mustard mixture over the bacon and tomato.
