- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter (make sure it's sugar-free)
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or cocoa nibs for garnish
Instructions
- 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond butter (or peanut butter), powdered erythritol, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- 2.Line a mini-muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds.
- 3.Spoon the chocolate mixture into the muffin cups or silicone molds, filling them evenly.
- 4.If desired, garnish the tops of the fat bombs with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or cocoa nibs for added texture and flavour.
- 5.Place the muffin tin or silicone molds in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2-3 hours or until the fat bombs are firm.
- 6.Once chilled and firm, remove the fat bombs from the muffin tin or molds.
