- 2 ripe avocados
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Toothpicks or wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2.Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into 4 equal wedges. You should have 16 avocado wedges in total.
- 3.Wrap each avocado wedge with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick or wooden skewer to hold it in place.
- 4.In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 5.Roll each bacon-wrapped avocado wedge in the almond flour and Parmesan mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated.
