4 boneless pork chops
2tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
8oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
120ml heavy cream
120ml chicken broth
25g grated Parmesan cheese
1tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
1tsp fresh rosemary leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Recipe

    Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper to taste.

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and have an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.

    In the same skillet, add the finely chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the onions become translucent.
