In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced spicy Italian sausage rounds to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is browned and cooked through. Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent and fragrant.
Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry the cabbage for about 5-7 minutes or until it starts to soften and turn slightly golden.
Return the cooked sausage to the skillet with the cabbage.
Season the stir-fry with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
Continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
If desired, garnish your Keto Spicy Sausage and Cabbage Stir-Fry with chopped fresh parsley for added flavour and presentation.
