1lb ground turkey
280g shredded cabbage
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 diced tomatoes, drained
100g shredded cheddar cheese
1tsp paprika
1/2tsp dried thyme
2tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Recipe

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

    Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the turkey. Cook for a few minutes until the onions are translucent.

    Add the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
