100g shredded Parmesan cheese
100g shredded cheddar cheese
1tsp paprika (optional)
1/2tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2tsp dried basil (optional)
1/2tsp dried oregano (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Recipe

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. You can add optional seasonings like paprika, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano for extra flavor.

    Place spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use the back of the spoon to flatten and spread each spoonful into a thin, round shape.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese crisps turn golden and the edges start to brown. Keep a close eye on them as they can quickly go from golden to burnt.
