- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: A few drops of liquid stevia for extra sweetness

- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. If desired, add a few drops of liquid stevia for additional sweetness. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
