- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt (optional)
- Liquid stevia or another keto-friendly sweetener to taste (optional)
- Chopped peanuts or unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1.In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil and butter together until they are fully liquid. This should take about 30 seconds in the microwave.
- 2.In the same bowl, add the creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if desired). Mix everything together until it forms a smooth and well-combined mixture. You can also sweeten it with liquid stevia or another keto-friendly sweetener to taste.
- 3.Line a mini muffin tin or silicone mold with mini muffin liners.
- 4.Pour the peanut butter mixture evenly into the mini muffin liners, filling each one about 2/3 full.

- 6.Place the muffin tin or mold in the freezer and let the fat bombs set for at least 30 minutes or until they are firm.
- 7.Once the fat bombs are firm, remove them from the muffin liners and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
