240g natural peanut butter (sugar-free)
120ml coconut oil, melted
25g unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3tbsp powdered erythritol (adjust to taste)
1tsp pure vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Recipe

    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil in 20-30 second intervals until it becomes a liquid.

    In a separate mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, natural peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol (adjust to taste), pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

    Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

    Pour the peanut butter and chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly.

    Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1-2 hours, or until the mixture has solidified.
