- 4 slices of ham (choose high-quality, thinly sliced ham)
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese (or any keto-friendly cheese of your choice)
- 4 large dill pickle spears
- Dijon mustard or mayonnaise for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Lay out the slices of ham on a clean work surface. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each ham slice.
- 2. Lay a dill pickle spear on top of the cheese near one end of the ham slice.
- 3. Starting from the end with the pickle, tightly roll up the ham and cheese, enclosing the pickle inside. Repeat for each slice of ham.
- 4. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces. You can secure them with toothpicks if needed. Arrange the Keto Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups on a serving plate.
- 5. Serve with a side of Dijon mustard or mayonnaise for dipping if desired.
