  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 1.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned and tender.
  • 2.Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 3.Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the cheese is melted.
