- 10 ounces fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly and drain them.
- 2. In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3. Add the fresh spinach leaves to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and reduces in volume.
