- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1/2teaspoon peppermint extract (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop until it's completely liquid.
- 2. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder to the melted coconut oil and whisk until it's well combined and smooth.
