  • 2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, and cocoa powder.
  • 2.In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil.
  • 3.Add the almond butter, keto-friendly sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
  • 4.Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly until you have a dough-like consistency.
  • 5.Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to firm up slightly. This will make it easier to handle.
