Season the thinly sliced chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the fresh spinach leaves and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Pour in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for about 3-4 minutes, allowing it to thicken.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it in the creamy Alfredo sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
Serve your Keto Chicken and Spinach Alfredo over cooked keto-friendly fettuccine or spiralised vegetables.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
