2 ripe avocados
45g diced tomatoes
40g diced onions
5g chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat
For Veggie Dippers:
Bell pepper strips (red, green, or yellow)
Cucumber slices
Celery sticks
Broccoli or cauliflower florets

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

    Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired level of smoothness (some prefer it chunky, while others like it smoother).
