Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. You can add optional seasonings like paprika, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano for extra flavor.
- 3.Place spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use the back of the spoon to flatten and spread each spoonful into a thin, round shape.
- 4.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese crisps turn golden and the edges start to brown. Keep a close eye on them as they can quickly go from golden to burnt.
- 5.Remove the cheese crisps from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will become crispier as they cool.
- 6.Once completely cooled and firm, carefully peel the cheese crisps from the parchment paper or silicone mat.
- 7.Serve your Keto Cheese Crisps as a delightful low-carb snack or appetizer.
