1 small head of cabbage, shredded
80g diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 diced tomatoes
120ml beef broth
1tsp paprika
1/2tsp dried thyme
100g shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
