- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon slices and additional fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
