- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- 1.Begin by cutting the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces. Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 2.In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.
