  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • 1.Begin by cutting the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces. Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 2.In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.
  • 3.In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 4.Return the seared steak bites to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Toss to coat the steak bites evenly with the garlic butter.
  • 5.If desired, garnish your Garlic Butter Steak Bites with chopped fresh parsley for added flavour and presentation. You can also serve them with lemon wedges for an extra zesty touch.
