- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, fresh thyme leaves, and fresh rosemary leaves.
- 4. Brush the garlic herb butter mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- 5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill.
- 6. Grill for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is no longer pink in the center.
- 7. During grilling, baste the chicken with any remaining garlic herb butter mixture to keep it moist and flavourful.
- 8. Once the chicken is cooked through and has a nice grill marks, remove it from the grill.
- 9. Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
