  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For Keto Toppings (customize to your preference):
  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or keto-friendly toppings of your choice (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms, olives)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare Cauliflower Crust:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • 2. Grate the medium cauliflower head or pulse it in a food processor until it resembles rice-like texture.
  • 3. Place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 4-5 minutes or until it's tender. Allow it to cool, then place it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower.
  • 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed and drained cauliflower with the egg, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency
  • 5. Place the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use your hands to shape it into a round or rectangular crust, about 1/4-inch thick.
  • 6. Bake the cauliflower crust in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it becomes golden and firm.
  • Assemble and Bake Pizza:
  • 1. Remove the cauliflower crust from the oven and spread keto-friendly pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and add your keto-friendly toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives).
  • 2. Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
