- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth. You can use a fork or a blender for this step.
- 2. Add the crumbled bacon, softened butter, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- 3. Line a mini-muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds.
- 4. Spoon the avocado and bacon mixture into the muffin cups or silicone molds, filling them evenly.
