  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (or any keto-friendly toppings like cooked bacon, mushrooms, bell peppers)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt until it forms a dough.
  • 3. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and press it into a thin, round pizza shape. You can use a rolling pin or your hands to shape it.
  • 4. Transfer the crust on the parchment paper to a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, until it begins to turn golden brown.
  • 5. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the low-carb pizza sauce over the crust, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange your chosen keto-friendly toppings.
  • 6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
