- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (or any keto-friendly toppings like cooked bacon, mushrooms, bell peppers)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt until it forms a dough.
