12 slices of pepperoni
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/4tsp dried oregano (optional)
Cooking spray (for greasing)

Recipe

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place the pepperoni slices on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure they are evenly spaced, and there's some space between each slice.

    Sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each pepperoni slice. You can also sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder and dried oregano on each chip for added flavour if desired.

    Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the pepperoni are crispy. Keep a close eye on them as they can quickly go from perfect to burnt.

    Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. As they cool, they will become firmer.

    Once cooled and firm, carefully remove the Keto Cheese and Pepperoni Chips from the parchment paper using a spatula.
