60g diced bell peppers (any color)
80g diced onions
8 large eggs
120ml heavy cream
100g shredded cheddar cheese
1/2tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Recipe

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish.

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until it's browned and cooked through. Remove any excess grease, if necessary.
