Combine almond butter and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and combined.
Stir in cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener if needed.
A silicone mold or a mini muffin tin lined with mini muffin liners.
