  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly croutons (optional)
  • Keto-friendly Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let them rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  • 2. In a large salad bowl, place the chopped romaine lettuce. Top it with the sliced chicken breast, grated Parmesan cheese, and keto-friendly croutons (if using).
  • 3. Drizzle your preferred keto-friendly Caesar dressing over the salad. Use as much or as little as you like, depending on your taste.
