Ingredients
- 12 slices of pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- Cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Place the pepperoni slices on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure they are evenly spaced, and there's some space between each slice.
- 3. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each pepperoni slice. You can also sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder and dried oregano on each chip for added flavour if desired.
- 4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the pepperoni are crispy. Keep a close eye on them as they can quickly go from perfect to burnt.
- 5. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. As they cool, they will become firmer.
- 6. Once cooled and firm, carefully remove the Keto Cheese and Pepperoni Chips from the parchment paper using a spatula.
- 7. Enjoy your homemade keto-friendly chips as a crunchy and savoury snack!
