4 strips of bacon
25g shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped chives or green onions for garnish (optional)

Recipe

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups for easy removal.

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it's crispy. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the skillet and let it cool. Once cooled, crumble or chop it into small pieces.
