- 12 mini bell peppers, assorted colors
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Cut the tops off each mini bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes. Set the peppers aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, thinly sliced green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 4. Stuff each mini bell pepper with the cream cheese and bacon mixture, using a spoon to fill them evenly.
- 5. Place the stuffed mini peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
