1lb smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into rounds
1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2tbsp olive oil
1tsp paprika
1/2tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
