120ml coconut oil, melted
25g unsweetened cocoa powder
2tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (make sure it's sugar-free)
2tbsp powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener (adjust to taste)
1/2tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or cocoa nibs for garnish

Recipe

    In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond butter (or peanut butter), powdered erythritol, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
