2 medium zucchinis, diced
1tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
120g diced bell peppers (any color)
180g diced tomatoes
1tsp chili powder
1/2tsp cumin
5g chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lime wedges for garnish (optional)
Sliced avocado for garnish (optional)
