1lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 bunch fresh asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1tbsp sesame oil
1tsp grated fresh ginger
Salt and black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Recipe

    In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated fresh ginger to create the stir-fry sauce. Set it aside.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for approximately 5-7 minutes until it's cooked through and no longer pink. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
