Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub the seasoning in.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through with grill marks.
While the chicken is grilling, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the grilled chicken breasts during the last few minutes of grilling. Ensure the chicken is coated evenly with the garlic butter.
